Our school has a duty to make sure that the uniform we require is affordable, in line with statutory guidance from the Department for Education (DfE) on the cost of school uniforms.

 We understand that items with distinctive characteristics (such as branded items, or items that need to have a school logo attached or be in a unique fabric or style) cannot be purchased from a wide range of retailers, and that requiring many such items limits parents/carers’ ability to shop around for the best price. 

We will therefore make sure our uniform:

• Is available at a reasonable cost
• Provides the best value for money for parents and carers

Our school’s uniform

We require pupils to have 3 branded items which consist of:

A navy school jumper or cardigan with a Logo

A white polo shirt with Logo

A St Peter’s school bag

 

Winter

• Navy blue St Peter’s wool V neck or V neck St Peter's sweatshirt or St Peter's cardigan
• White St Peter’s polo shirt or white shirt or plain white polo shirt for under sweatshirt or jumper 
• Navy blue skirt or pinafore or trousers
• Black/Navy school shoes (No logos)
• Navy tights or white/ black or navy socks

 

Summer

• Light blue & white checked summer dress (which includes a skirt option)
• Navy blue shorts
• Black or navy sandals
• A cap in summer months. St Peter’s school cap optional

All children

• A St Peter’s school bag
• Navy blue headbands / headscarves
• No jewellery except studs or small sleepers. A religious necklace may be worn for religious purposes under the polo shirt
• Navy blue school blazer is optional
• Long hair should be tied back

Children must not come to school in: Trainers (except on PE days), jeans, nail varnish, or makeup 

 

PE Kit

• Navy shorts or tracksuit bottoms- not branded or have a logo on
• A white t shirt
• A navy jumper (Logo optional or Logo badge which can be purchased from the school office

 

Coats

• A plain coat preferably navy or black

 

Where to purchase or acquire it

You can purchase uniform Urban Apparel- 373, Harrow Road London W9 3QA or the uniform website www.yourschooluniform.com and delivered to you directly. If you have any queries please see the school office and they can assist you. 

All other items of clothing can be purchased from major stores. 

We do have a stock of second-hand uniform that has been donated. If you require any second hand uniform, please inform the office of the items and size you require.

The PTA regularly put out second hand uniform out termly on the playground. Parents are welcome to make an optional donation but this is not expected.
