Welcome to Year One's Home Learning Page.

Dear Year One Children and Parents,

Miss Wright and I know how passionate our children are about their learning so we wanted to provide them with some activities that align with what we have already been doing in class so they can practise these skills at home. These activities will be familiar to the children so they can 'show off' how clever they are :) Please don't feel any pressure to complete all these activities as we understand this is a huge adjustment for you and the children. We don’t want to overwhelm the children with too much work at this tricky time but wanted to make sure you still have access to some learning.

At the beginning of each week we will put up an overview and some activities that you can complete across the week. We d not expect you to complete all of these activities. We have provided you with a range so you and the children can choose the activities that suit you best.

Miss Harle and Miss Wright will touch base with you to check how you are and answer any questions you may have. We are very proud of all of you and are really looking forward to speaking with you soon.
